Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding shipping and logistics inquiries.

• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations as needed.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our logistics and shipping team. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of shipments, handling inquiries, resolving issues, billing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The candidate will also be doing telemarketing and email marketing as part of the scope.
