MODA LIVING CONCEPT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator in Singapore East. The role focuses on planning daily delivery and installation schedules, coordinating with multiple departments, and maintaining high service standards.

You will monitor order processing, optimize routes, oversee inventory, and handle issues promptly. Strong planning, leadership, and Excel skills are essential; Mandarin is a plus. 6-day work week with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution management. Furniture industry experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse and delivery teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and delivery planning.
• Proficient in Excel and logistics software; able to communicate in English; Mandarin an advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment beyond normal hours.

Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month (depending on experience)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location: Singapore (East)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and installation schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor order processing, picking, loading, delivery, and installation to maintain high service standards.
• Optimize delivery routes, manpower allocation, and vehicle utilization to improve operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and stock movement.
• Resolve delivery, installation, and logistics-related customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics SOPs and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore workplace safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution management. Experience in the furniture industry is an advantage.
• Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse and delivery teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and delivery planning.
• Familiar with Singapore road networks and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse or logistics management systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in English. Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and when required, beyond normal working hours.
