You will be responsible for delivering accurate processing of deposits, transfers, and instruments while upholding bank policies, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism at the Personal Banking Branch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank policies for all processes related to banking transactions.
• Process cash transactions, transfer transactions and clearing of instruments.
• Process requests for new account opening and transaction updates, and handle customer service inquiries.
