Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional for a 1 year contract. You will respond to customer enquiries via email, hotline and in-person, and help resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires proven experience in a customer service role, excellent written communication, and strong problem-solving abilities. Working hours are 9am-6pm, rostered across 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, central location.
