Job summary

MindSpace by MindChamps is seeking an enthusiastic educator to deliver English and Math enrichment for Primary 1–5 at 154 West Coast Road, West Coast Plaza. You will implement programmes, track progress, and maintain a conducive classroom. Mon-Fri 10am–7pm during term time with MOE holiday shifts.

Requirements: Diploma or higher, 2 years teaching experience, strong communication and classroom management, and a background in enrichment/education. Training and career growth available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with teaching experience.
• 2 years teaching experience with primary school students.
• Background in enrichment/tuition/education industry.
• Able to teach 2 primary school subjects – English and Math.

Responsibilities

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the centre's policies and philosophy.
• Guide Primary 1–5 students to complete daily homework, spelling and 听写.
• Conduct MindChamps enrichment programmes.
• Keep accurate records of each child's progress and address educational needs.
• Prepare and upkeep teaching resources and learning environment.
• Maintain relationships with children and parents through clear communication.
• Be a positive role model with a creative spirit and champion mindset.
• Ensure student safety and orderly transfer from school to after‑school centre.
• Ensure safety of children within premises.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Manager.

Responsibilities

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework, weekly spelling and 听写
• Conduct MindChamps unique enrichment programmes.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents through proactive and clear communication
• Being an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to after-school centre
• Ensure safety of children within the premises at all times
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager to support centre operations

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.
• Have relevant background in enrichment/tuition/education industry
• Able to teach 2 primary school subjects – English and Math
• Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic and energetic with a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
• Childcare teacher who can teach primary school subjects are welcome to apply
