Job summary

HANDPHONESHOP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Singapore. The role emphasizes friendly, solution-oriented customer interaction across walk-ins, calls, emails, and live chat.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service, preferably in telecom, with a calm, negotiable demeanor and strong teamwork skills. Expect 5-day work weeks with weekend/public holiday scheduling and day shifts ending by 10pm.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Telecommunication-related customer service experience is a plus.
• Calm temperament with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to walk-in customers.
• Attend to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries promptly.
• Understand customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Access service portals to retrieve information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels.
• Identify direct or cross-sell opportunities during interactions.
• Deliver high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Solicit feedback and identify trends for improvement.
• Provide regular reports to Reporting Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
