Job summary

Lim Kee Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Officer to manage client accounts from engagement to fulfillment and accounts receivables, driving sales order achievement and delivering exceptional service across channels for repeat business.

You will maintain accurate client databases, advise customers on product options, process transactions, analyze client data for trends, and support SOPs and cross-functional projects such as AI Ordering to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Commitment to a 6-day work week with one Sat and all-Sun off per month.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computing skills to handle data and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate client account databases to ensure up-to-date information
• Advise customers on product and service options to support informed purchasing decisions
• Process and issue sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Tabulate and consolidate clients’ accounts receivables to support financial tracking
• Extract and analyze client and sales data to identify trends and support business decisions
• Communicate and engage with customers daily to address inquiries and provide service support
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality and compliance
• Participate in project management activities, such as AI Ordering initiatives, to improve customer service processes
