ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Customer Service role stationed at Novena.

The position offers a basic salary up to SGD 2,000 per month, with AWS, commissions, and a variable bonus, and requires flexibility over six days (Mon-Sat). You will attend to customers, provide product information, process orders and payments, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience preferred.
• Retail sales or FMCG background helpful.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Able to work in a frontline/store environment.

Responsabilités

• Attend to customers and provide product information and recommendations.
• Promote products and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally.
• Process customer orders, payments, and sales transactions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store/front office is organised.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Support promotions, product launches, and in-store sales activities.
• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare basic sales and customer service records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams on orders and deliveries.
• Perform other customer service and store-related duties as assigned.
