Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. invites applicants for a banking sales role at Novena. You will promote and sell the Bank's products, make outbound calls, understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

This is a 1-year contract (renewable/convertible) with a base salary of SGD 2,200 to 3,200 plus commission and bonus. Overtime may be required; working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am–6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Levels or equivalent.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage; banking experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bank products to customers.
• Make outbound calls to leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships.
• Provide accurate information and professional service.

Requirements

• Minimum N Levels or equivalent
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage; candidates without direct banking experience are welcome to apply
