Job summary

PAUL HYPE PAGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Executive to manage existing client relationships, support sales activities and identify opportunities for additional business in Singapore.

You will handle quotations, renewals, cross-selling opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate CRM records while delivering excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in customer service, account management, sales, business development or professional services is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as a point of contact for client enquiries and follow-up matters.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, renewals and sales opportunities.
