Job summary

Superstar Teacher Pte Ltd. is seeking a Client Management Executive to manage customer relationships while driving sales and new customer acquisition, from enquiries to after-sales support.

You will follow up on leads, recommend products, and work toward monthly sales targets, while maintaining records and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer needs. A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required, with a target-driven mindset and strong communication.

• Confident in communicating with customers and handling sales conversations.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple leads and customer accounts.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or account management is an advantage.
