Job summary

PROGRESSIVE BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a Customer Relations Officer to support an upgrading project for private housing. You will liaise with residents, coordinate appointments and site activities, and provide project updates while maintaining clear communication.

The role requires at least 2 years in public relations for upgrading projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 5.5 days work week with alternate Saturdays. North-East location.

Qualifications

• A-level or equivalent; minimum 2 years PR experience in upgrading projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
• Experience with HDB HIP is an advantage.

• Perform any clerical duties assigned by immediate superior.
• Ensure good rapport and maintaining positive relations with residents.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level.
• Minimum 2-years of public relations work experience in HDB's upgrading projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
• Candidates with HDB HIP experience would be an added advantages.
• 5.5 days work/week or Alternate full Saturday or alternate one weekday off.
