Job summary

LIAN BENG CONSTRUCTION (1988) PTE LTD is seeking a capable coordinator to manage stakeholder communications and track project progress on-site in Singapore. The role involves resolving conflicts, gathering community feedback, and providing essential administrative support to the Project Management Team.

The successful candidate will have the required WSQ Service Excellence certification, O Levels/Nitec, and at least 3 years of HDB-related experience, with a proven ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a minimum of O Levels or Nitec Certificate with at least 5 subjects passed.
• WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) Certification.
• At least 3 years of HDB working experience in the related field.
• Independent and good team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve conflicts and feedbacks from public and stakeholders pertaining to the project.
• Conduct regular visits to residents / stakeholders affected by the works to gather feedback, preparing circulars, letter and flyers to keep stakeholders abreast and update on the site activities and progress.
• Provide administrative support and assistance to Project Management Team and liaise with Government authorities, public and lessee of the property in relation to project work in progress.
