Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to plan and coordinate the project's Public Relation programme.

You will handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants and authorities, and work with relevant parties to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities. This role requires accurate filing, maintaining up-to-date records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth external communications with contractors and stakeholders

Qualifications

• GCE O/ A Level with 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor.
• WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Public Relation programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants and authorities, and mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Deal with requests and complaints from the public.
• In-charge of internal and external publication and communication.
• Work with contractors to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Maintain up-to-date file records for quick retrieval.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as required.

• Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
• Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

Job Requirements

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor
• Possess the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or an equivalent certification
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
