Job summary

Description :

To be fully responsible for the daily operation of service centre at the project site.
To liaise with client / consultants, contractor for the monitoring and closure of any residents complaints, feedback and defects.
To carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works within flats.
To man the information counter and information telephone hotline.
To arrange for defects works to be carried out within flats and ensure a high standard of public relations with the residents.
To perform any clerical duties such as typing, photo-stating and filing assigned by the client.
To maintain proper document records of the service centre and submit timely / weekly / monthly status report to client.
To assist in the purchase of construction materials.
To assist in the preparation of ISO.
