• Communicate effectively with colleagues and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Purpose

In this role, you will serve as the friendly face and primarypoint of contact for our clients across various construction project sites.This entry-level position is perfect for fresh diploma graduates who loveinteracting with people, possess a vibrant personality, and excel at building warm, positive relationships.

KeyResponsibilities

• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as contractors, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, vendors & stakeholders to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with contractors, customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues, and other departments within the organization
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

JobRequirements

• Education: Open to Fresh Graduates holding a Diploma from a local education institution in Building Construction, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonalskills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Personality Traits: Bubbly, highly active, outgoing, and deeply passionate about working closely with people.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
