Envicom Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Customer Relations Officer to be the friendly face and primary contact for clients across our construction project sites. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh diploma graduates who enjoy people interactions and building positive relationships.

You will handle enquiries, coordinate with contractors and authorities, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with a Diploma in Building Construction, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks.
• Proactive team player with initiative to help others on site.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and feedback for the project, coordinating with contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, customers, vendors and stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with all parties and internal departments.
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and bubbly Customer Relations Officer to join our project team. In this role, you will serve as the friendly face and primary point of contact for our clients across various construction project sites. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh diploma graduates who love interacting with people, possess a vibrant personality, and excel at building warm, positive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as contractors, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive actions.

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person interactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, vendors & stakeholders to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with contractors, customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues, and other departments within the organization

• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

About you

• Education: Open to Fresh Graduates holding a Diploma from a local education institution in Building Construction, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks

• Proactive team player with a strong initiative to help others and solve issues on the ground
