Job summary

HEXACON CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to manage communications with clients, residents and stakeholders, handle feedback and complaints, and provide admin support to keep project operations smooth.

You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, prepare notices and reports, attend meetings, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining professional relationships in a fast-paced construction environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with different stakeholders.
• Good complaint-handling and problem-solving skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Able to communicate construction-related information clearly to the public and affected stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for enquiries, feedback, complaints, and concerns from clients, residents, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate construction updates and upcoming activities, including major works that may affect the surrounding community.
• Follow up on complaints and feedback and coordinate with the project team to ensure timely resolution.
