Job summary

ENVICOM PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic Customer Relations Officer to be the friendly face on our construction sites. Open to fresh diploma graduates, the role focuses on delivering warm service and building positive client relationships across project sites in Tuas.

You will handle inquiries, support contractors and stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative team. No prior experience required; strong communication, bubbly personality, and MS Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates holding a Diploma from a local education institution in Building Construction, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Bubbly, highly active, outgoing, and deeply passionate about working closely with people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with contractors, consultants and authorities, and take proactive actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, vendors & stakeholders to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with contractors, customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues, and other departments within the organization
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required
