Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Aftermarket Operations Customer Quality Engineer in Singapore at Seletar to lead Quality and HSE within the regional Customer Operations Team. You will ensure conformity to internal processes and external regulations, acting as the principal contact for customers and coaching the team on quality processes and regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Civil Aerospace processes and Civil Large Engine products; ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Track record of delivering results in favourable and unfavourable circumstances.
• Experience in Quality and Safety performance management.
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies and their requirements; EASA Part 145 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience applying Problem Resolution and Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC/8D).

Responsibilities

• Provide governance to ensure product integrity in-line with regulatory, customer and Quality requirements.
• Manage reporting of region-specific KPIs (investigations, CSAT, audit performance, NCR closure).
• Triage and allocate issues raised by customers and internal teams to correct business areas.
• Train, coach and mentor investigators to improve quality investigations.
• Promote a Zero Defect and Zero Harm culture.
