Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior / Quality Assurance Engineer (Operations) in Singapore to oversee quality across engine build and test activities. You will ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements, and drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on surveillance, inspections, quality verifications and investigations of quality events to safeguard operational quality. A degree in engineering and 5+ years in aerospace MRO or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent quality oversight during engine assembly, build, and test activities.
• Support implementation and compliance of Quality Management System requirements.
• Lead or support investigations of non-conformances and quality events.
• Coordinate internal, customer, and regulatory audits as required.
• Promote quality awareness and procedural compliance within operations.
