Job summary

Tat Lee Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Sales Coordinator to support the sales and project teams from inquiry to order, coordinating supply chain and project documentation to ensure on-time completion.

You will prepare quotations and sales orders, liaise with customers and internal departments, manage project schedules, document control, and provide admin support to outdoor sales and project teams while complying with site permits and records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and project documentation to support sales and project teams
• Coordinate communication and activities with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress
• Monitor project schedules and proactively follow up on deliverables to meet deadlines
• Organize project schedules, meetings, and progress updates to keep stakeholders informed
• Manage site documentation, permits, and project correspondence as required to maintain compliance and record accuracy
• Collaborate with in-house operations team to align manufacturing and delivery schedules with project timelines
• Maintain and update comprehensive project records and reports for tracking and reporting purposes
• Oversee document control processes including registration, revision control, filing, and distribution to ensure document integrity
• Ensure timely submission of drawings, technical documents, and project deliverables to meet project requirements
• Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Provide administrative support to outdoor sales and project teams by handling project inquiries efficiently
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department related to job role and business needs
