Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Singapore invites undergraduates to join the Aftermarket Supply Chain internship. You will work on end-to-end order fulfilment for spare parts and gain exposure to logistics, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a global manufacturing environment.

This temporary six-month programme offers meaningful work from day one, hands-on projects, and the chance to learn from experienced colleagues while developing practical supply chain skills on SAP/ERP

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
• Willingness to take initiative and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP (Sales & Distribution), ERP systems, Incoterms, international shipping, or spare parts supply chain operations is a plus.
• Able to commit to a full-time six-month internship.
• Able to work from Tukang (Jurong), Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and management of service and spare parts enquiries and customer orders for distributors and regional customers.
• Coordinate with technical specialists to ensure accurate BoMs, maintenance kits, and tooling recommendations.
• Collaborate with inventory planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics to monitor order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Track orders through the Order-to-Cash cycle from receipt to invoicing and payment collection.
• Assist in administration and follow-up of spare parts warranty claims through case closure.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Role overview

Join our global Aftermarket Supply Chain team and gain hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process for spare parts across an international distribution network. This internship offers valuable exposure to supply chain operations, customer service, logistics, inventory planning, technical support, finance, and cross-functional collaboration within a global manufacturing environment. Opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals and collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions to ensure customers receive the right parts, at the right time, while supporting an efficient Order-to-Cash process.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the processing and management of service and spare parts enquiries and customer orders for internal and external distributors, service partners, and regional customers
• Coordinating with technical specialists to ensure parts quotations, Bills of Materials (BoM), maintenance kits, and tooling recommendations are accurate and aligned with customer requirements
• Collaborating with inventory planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery
• Tracking customer orders throughout the Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring efficient execution from order receipt to invoicing and payment collection
• Assisting in the administration and follow-up of spare parts warranty claims, working with internal stakeholders until case closure
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and process effectiveness
• Building strong working relationships with regional stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team environment

Who we’re looking for

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures
• Positive learning attitude, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP (Sales & Distribution module), ERP systems, Incoterms, international shipping, or spare parts supply chain operations will be an advantage
• Able to commit to a full-time six-month internship.
• Able to work from our Tukang (Jurong), Singapore office
