Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a part-time Banking Se​rvice Associate to support customers at its Singapore branches and during roadshows. You will promote accounts, debit cards and related products while helping customers complete digital account openings.

The role requires a friendly, sales‑oriented attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. You will contribute to daily sales targets and maintain branch standards and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote bank accounts, debit cards, products, and promotions.
• Engage customers and contribute toward daily sales targets.
• Guide customers through digital account opening and application processes.
• Provide basic product information and banking assistance.
• Ensure submissions and compliance with bank policies.
• Maintain a clean and organised branch environment.
• Support roadshows and promotional activities when required.
