SeaCloud is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customer engineers in Singapore, turning SeaCloud capabilities into production AI workloads. You will configure services, troubleshoot blockers, and help customers operate successfully after launch.

You will own API integrations, model evaluation, GPU workload deployment, and onboarding, including Kubernetes, storage access, monitoring, and related tooling, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or MLOps.
• Strong Linux, TCP/IP, DNS and storage knowledge.
• Python and Bash scripting, APIs, Git.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience with GPUs.
• Excellent customer communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customer engineers to turn capabilities into apps.
• Configure services, troubleshoot blockers, and support post-launch.
• Integrate AI workloads, validate performance, onboarding.
• Help with Kubernetes, storage, monitoring in customer environments.
• Create reusable deployment scripts and docs.
