Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a front-line customer support associate to assist customers with creating accounts, downloading the app, and navigating the microsite.

You will also handle Q-matic ticketing, SIM and router exchanges including eSIM activations, and assist with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries, working 5 days a week with Tuesday and Wednesday off, 12-9pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in creating accounts and downloading the app
• Guide them on using the app and navigating the microsite
• Help customers with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets
• Support SIM and router exchanges + eSIM activations
• Assist with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries
