Job summary

Advanced Energy in Singapore seeks a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for inbound customer needs, guiding them from quote to invoice with prompt, accurate resolutions.

You will collaborate with field sales, product marketing, support, accounting, engineering, and operations, using SAP and Salesforce to manage schedules, orders, and reports, while maintaining records and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in a customer-centric, time-sensitive environment.
• Experience with CRM and SAP or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Support customers from quote to invoice process.
• Coordinate with local and remote AE Field Sales, Product Marketing, Global Support, Accounting, Engineering, or Operations.
• Use SAP to provide and update delivery schedules, quotations and reporting status.
• Invoicing and maintaining accurate records.
• Travel approximately 10% for training or customer meetings.
