Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional for a 1 Year Contract to handle inquiries via emails, hotline and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

You will assist in resolving complaints, maintain clear communication, and use customer service software to manage tickets. The role requires strong problem-solving and the ability to stay composed in challenging situations; roster includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in email support.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
