Job summary

Handphoneshop Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be friendly, focused on delivering excellent service, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers, handling phone, email, and live chat inquiries, identifying solutions, resolving issues, and reporting to the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in telecom-related retail is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work shifts and on weekends/public holidays.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to walk-in customers.
• Attend to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries.
• Understand customers' needs and provide solutions.
• Access service portals to retrieve information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels.
• Identify direct or cross-sell opportunities during interactions.
• Deliver quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Solicit feedback and report trends for improvements.
• Provide regular reports to Reporting Manager.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
