• Follow up on enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins.
• Support trial bookings and student enrolments.
• Promote lessons, instruments and programmes.
• Assist in scheduling lessons and manage student records.
• Coordinate with teachers on schedules and updates.
