Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or operations role.
• Prior experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner; prepare accurate quotations.
• Process school booking forms received via email or fax with accurate records.
• Vet and verify driver claim sheets; monitor road tax expiry dates and renewals; liaise with brokers for insurance quotes.
