Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Government/ West) to deliver exceptional support across multiple channels. You will identify customer needs, research issues, and provide strategic solutions to ensure first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least an O Level or higher qualification, strong time management, and excellent English communication. Fresh graduates welcome; training and development programs are available in a global BPO

Qualifications

Must have at least O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the market language.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal teams.
Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, procedures and guidelines.
