Job summary

RecruitFirst is hiring for an outsourced customer service role islandwide in Singapore. Working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm, five days a week, usually with one weekday and one weekend off.

The position pays SGD 2,535 monthly basic, plus a conversion bonus and a 2-month completion bonus, with a 3-month contract that can convert to full-time. You will assist in account registration at branches, facilitate app download and setup, and respond to existing customers’ enquiries on related services.
