Job summary

HUTTONS ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate to support agents and clients across email and phone channels. You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, process reimbursements, and route queries to the correct departments.

Daily mailbox management, showflat event support, and ad hoc duties may be required. Diploma holders with extroverted personalities are welcomed, and knowledge of real estate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Ability to navigate multiple departments and routes queries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to agents’ requests and inquiries via email and phone.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of agents.
• Manage and forward mailbox to the relevant departments.
• Update agent records in the system.
• Support showflat launches and events as needed.
