Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant customer support experience.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Provide accurate information about classes, programs, events and policies.
• Respond to enquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone and walk-ins.
• Process student enrolments, withdrawals, and payments.
• Maintain class schedules, registrations, bookings and payments records in the studio system.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues.
