Job summary

BUZUD in Singapore seeks a Retail Sales Associate / Health-Tech Specialist to deliver a consultative sales experience with live product demonstrations and assistance with mobile app onboarding. The role requires guiding customers, including seniors, on health metrics and app usage.

You will also handle showroom operations, basic tech support, and after-sales inquiries, ensuring a clean, fully functional display and accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• GCE O'Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma required.
• 1–3 years in retail sales, customer service or hospitality; healthcare/wellness retail valued.
• Comfort with smartphones apps and health devices; tech-savvy.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales & product demonstrations by greeting visitors and performing live demos.
• Assist with mobile app onboarding, Bluetooth pairing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Showroom operations: handle cash transactions, maintain showroom, manage stock, and log customer feedback in CRM.
