Job summary

DKSH Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service professional for a 3-month contract to start immediately. You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, provide product and policy information, and ensure timely and professional service at all times.

In this role you will handle orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds, maintain accurate records, monitor order status, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies and procedures.
• Handle complaints and feedback to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges and refunds; update records accurately.
