Job summary

VIZZIO Technologies Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, seeks a hands-on IT & Product Support Executive to back internal IT operations and provide first-line technical assistance to customers. You will learn VIZZIO’s products to deliver effective Level 1 support and will use AI tools to aid research, troubleshooting and daily productivity.

The role covers internal IT operations, product knowledge, ticket monitoring, and customer communication, with escalation to engineering as needed.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferably 1-3 years IT support, helpdesk, technical support or customer-facing support experience.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware and basic networking (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Able and willing to learn VIZZIO products and provide effective L1 support.
Able to investigate issues systematically, follow procedures, manage multiple tickets and escalate when needed.
Good written and spoken English and a patient, professional communication approach.
Familiarity with AI tools for research, troubleshooting, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including troubleshooting computers, peripherals, OS, and Microsoft 365 services.
Assist with user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and VPN connectivity; maintain equipment records and updates.
