Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in B2B/enterprise sales or related roles with revenue growth
• Experience managing a structured pipeline and CRM discipline across multiple opportunities
• Strong executive presence and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business across target industries; build a qualified pipeline.
• Lead consultative, solution-based selling; diagnose customer problems and build value propositions, proposals and business cases.
• Maintain pipeline ownership, CRM records and reliable forecasting; meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build trusted relationships across customer organisations from operations to C-suite; coordinate with delivery teams for a smooth handover.
• Translate AI/tech capabilities into business outcomes for customers and articulate value in both boardroom and technical conversations.
