Job summary

OJJ FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic customer service team member who will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service and assistance.

You will generate daily orders, handle invoices and credits, and work with internal and external customers to ensure timely submission. The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays; overtime compensated.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant call centre or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily customer orders and ensure delivery is met.
• Process returns, issue debit and credit notes.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers for timely invoice submission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
