Lion City Rentals Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our front desk team in Singapore. You will handle high-volume calls and emails, update cases in the system, and liaise with backend support to resolve issues, ensuring smooth case closures.

You should be able to work under pressure, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.

Formación

• Minimum O Level certificate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bilingual with strong communication.
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to inbound and outbound calls/emails and update cases in the system.
• Handle clients' feedback and liaise with backend support to resolve issues.
• Follow up with internal and external parties to ensure smooth closure of cases.
• Provide timely feedback to clients on collection, discrepancies and payments.
• Manage Car Queue System and keep front desk area clean and neat.
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned.
