Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Documents Clerk in Singapore. You will base at Pandan Loop, Clementi, handling shipping documentation, customs permits, and coordination with warehouses and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import/export operations.

You will also verify HS codes, review vessel nominations, and liaise with overseas customers to optimize freight rates and align with internal teams. The role requires accuracy and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents (Import/Export, Back to Back & Transhipment) including D/O, invoices, COO (FTA).
• Submit Customs Permit Declaration & CNB Licence applications.
• Liaise and coordinate with Warehouse, Freight Forwarders and Liners.
• Source competitive freight rates.
• Liaise with overseas customers/suppliers and work with various departments.
• Check HS codes for accuracy.
• Check and accept vessel nominations.
• Maintain communication with overseas customers.

Job description

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6pm
Working Location: Pandan Loop, Clementi
Salary: $2500 - $3000
