Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on, in-house experience developing and implementing culture and/or competency frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into practical solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to handle ambiguity with minimal supervision.
• Outcome-focused with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement programmes to build culture via the Core Competency Framework (CCF).
• Support interventions for business units to build team culture.
• Review the CCF and implementation; propose enhancements.
• Collect and analyse organisation health data; translate insights into actions.
• Develop and review functional competency frameworks; drive adoption across units.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business leads to design assessments and learning paths.
• Monitor effectiveness of frameworks and inform continuous improvement.
