• Kitchen Operations & Cleaning: maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas; dishwashing duties; FIFO handling of deliveries; ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Team Support: collaborate with kitchen team; assist chefs and senior staff; perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
