Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Culinary Administrator to join our on-site team at JTC Bedok Food City, Bedok North Avenue 4, Singapore 489950. The role runs Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,300–2,800 plus PB. Work involves production administration, costing, and data management for multiple departments.

Diploma/Certificate in F&B or related field preferred with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with F&B processes and costing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration.
• Familiarity with F&B processes and costing.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets.
• Handle recipes, costing and production data, including recipe calculations, ingredient and product costing.
• Perform Excel data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production-related administrative matters.
• Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow-up and production-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
