Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Culinary Administrator to join our team at JTC Bedok Food City, Singapore. The role focuses on daily production administrative work, data entry, and costing, supporting production operations and cross-functional teams.

You will prepare production reports, manage recipes and ingredient costing, and perform Excel analyses. Collaboration with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse and Purchasing is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B administration or production administration.
• Familiarity with F&B or food manufacturing processes and costing.
• Experience handling recipes, ingredient costing, and production data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets.
• Handle recipes, costing and production data, including recipe calculations, ingredient and product costing.
• Perform Excel data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production-related administrative matters.
• Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow-up and production-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
