Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Culinary Administrator to manage daily production administrative tasks, data entry, and costing activities.

You will prepare production reports, track ingredients and recipe data, and collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Purchasing on production-related matters. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in F&B administration, familiarity with F&B processes and costing, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in F&B, food tech, culinary, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant F&B administration or production admin experience.
• Familiar with F&B processes and costing.
• Experience with recipes and ingredient costing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily production administrative work and data entry.

Culinary Administrator

Location: JTC Bedok Food City, 1550 Bedok North Avenue 4, Singapore 489950

Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Working Hours: 8am-5pm

Salary: $2,300-$2,800 + PB

Job Description

• Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets.
• Handle recipes, costing and production data, including recipe calculations, ingredient and product costing.
• Perform Excel data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production-related administrative matters.
• Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow-up and production-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 1-2years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration.
• Familiarity with F&B or food manufacturing processes and costing.
• Experience handling recipes, ingredient costing and production data will be an advantage.
