In this role you will elevate breakfast offerings, champion concept-led restaurants, and partner with hotel leadership to translate food quality into guest satisfaction and sustainable revenue. Extensive travel across SEA is required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in F&B or culinary leadership with hotel/restaurant kitchen exposure.
• Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven track record improving restaurant/F&B performance via hands-on involvement.
• Experience across multiple SEA markets preferred.
• Strong communication with hotel GMs, owners and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel extensively across SEA (50–60%).
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset to build and fix outlets.
• Strong commercial instincts linking food quality to revenue.
• High energy and ability to operate across many hotels/markets.
• Influencing skills to earn trust quickly; deep SEA food culture understanding.

• Act as working culinary resource during openings, renovations and concepts.
• Share practical best practices across markets within the region.
• Align culinary work with the region's wider F&B strategy with Brand F&B team.
