Avani Singapore invites a visionary Director of Culinary to lead the pre-opening and ongoing culinary strategy for a landmark lifestyle hotel. You will oversee kitchen setup, menu creation, supplier sourcing, and team mobilization to deliver distinctive dining concepts from day one.

• Extensive culinary leadership in international hotels or lifestyle brands.
• Experience leading multiple kitchen operations and concepts.
• Strong commercial acumen with food cost management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the culinary pre-opening workstream: kitchen setup, concept development, menu creation, supplier sourcing, team mobilization.
• Develop and execute the hotel's culinary strategy to ensure concepts are commercially successful and aligned with the Avani brand.
• Drive innovation across all culinary offerings to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Partner with Food & Beverage, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to support commercial objectives and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency across all outlets.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing culinary team and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen performance to achieve financial targets.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure product quality.
