Job summary

Hilton International Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks aDirector of Brand Food & Beverage Concept Development for the Luxury & Lifestyle segment in APAC. Lead the creative arm of F&B branding across Hilton's luxury portfolio, defining unique, ownership-ready concepts that elevate guest experiences.

You will conduct market research, collaborate with Architecture & Design, Operations and Technical Services, and guide owners' teams through F&B decisions while delivering hands-on

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Hospitality, F&B Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of restaurant design or F&B concept development experience, including 4+ years in a senior creative or leadership capacity.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into distinctive, ownership-ready bespoke concepts.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service techniques and luxury trends.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategically assess project, market and guest profiles to define F&B concept strategy.
• Develop bespoke F&B concepts for luxury brands across pipeline and renovations.
• Own the creative arc of a concept—narrative, culinary direction, mood and spatial storytelling.
• Collaborate with Architecture & Design, Operations and Technical Services.
• Present detailed briefs to owners and representatives.
• Mentor supporting team members and deliver hands-on creative work.
